We are a network of seasoned practitioners, certified coaches, and skillful facilitators that bring a diverse set of expertise, experience, and talents – yet share a common philosophy and collaborative approach for delivering high quality work. Based on your specific needs, we support you with the right resources with the right expertise.

Founder and President, Principal Consultant and Certified Coach, Lucan Pipkin, is passionate about taking an appreciative, strengths-based, engaging approach to creating positive change. Her approach leverages your successes, maximizes individual strengths, and gets all the right people in the room to vision, work through challenges, and have transformative experiences that propel the organization forward. Her work in facilitating organizational, team, and individual behavior change is based in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, somatics and the power of the mind-body connection, the biology of how systems work and how we adapt to our environments, and the principles of appreciative inquiry focused on successes and strengths.
